Project Description:
This project involved closure of an existing 40-acre waste management unit and design and permitting of a new lined expansion cells.
EBA Provided the Following Services:
- Prepared Final Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plans for the active landfill.
- Design of the composite base liner and leachate collection system for new expansion cells.
- Prepared clean closure plans for former sludge disposal ponds.
- Prepared Preliminary Closure Plans for the proposed expansion.
- Developed groundwater monitoring programs for the site.
